Deposit
A $15USD | $100TTD non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This amount will be applied toward your total service cost.
The **remaining balance must be paid in CASH ONLY at your appointment. Please bring the exact amount, as no change will be provided.
Late Policy
Please plan to arrive on time for your appointment. A 10-minute window is allowed for a delay... after that, a $15USD l $100TTD ate fee will be added to your service.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled or rescheduled at our discretion.
We value your time and ask that you extend the same courtesy to others by being punctual
To maintain a full, fresh look, please book your refills every 2 to 3 weeks. At least 50% of your lash extensions must still be intact at the time of your appointment to qualify for a refill.
If less than 50% remain, it will be considered a full set and charged accordingly.
